Welcome to DavidGarfield.com

With this site, we'd like to welcome you into the music world of David 'Creatchy' Garfield. Since the early 70s, he has been an important part of the music business in Los Angeles. As a sideman, studio musician and musical director he has been touring and recording with the 'who's who in music. With extraordinary band projects like Karizma and Los Lobotomys, he has released several albums and maintained a solo career, besides running his own production and record company, Creatchy Productions.

About us

Kenneth Bremer
The first time Kenneth met David was in 1994, when he did an interview with David for the Danish keyboard magazine MidiMag. David was in Copenhagen with Steve Lukather to promote the Los Lobotomys release 'Candyman'. The interview was the start of a long friendship, which fostered many musical ideas and projects. Kenneth started the site in 2003 and he also runs the westcoast music site BlueDesert.dk.

Laurent Biéhly
Laurent met David for the first time on the Rizma 2000 tour. In October 2000, he had the chance to talk quite a bit with David, and they soon became friends. He is a knowledgeable music critic and an accomplished writer. Currently residing in Lebanon, Laurent will not hesitate to travel a thousand of miles to catch a gig with David Garfield. Sune Schack
Being a keyboard player himself, Sune got familiar with the music of David Garfield through the bands Los Lobotomys and Karizma. Sune is a dedicated westcoast music enthusiast, currently working for the Blue Desert website, where he has earned the nickname 'The Fast Reporter' because of his ability to make great interviews on a moment's notice.

Carsten Weide
Carsten has met David many times and as part of the Blue Desert website, he captured many magical moments on the Danish music scene. Carsten is a professional photographer with his own company mixframe.dk . You can check out his Blue Desert portfolio here.

Thomas Høyer
Thomas first met David in the spring of 2000 at an interview meeting over lunch at the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, when David was in Copenhagen to play with Karizma. He originally got into the music of David Garfield through the bands Los Lobotomys and Karizma.
